AwaLodipin tablets belong to a group of drugs called calcium channel blockers. It works by dilating blood vessels, lowering blood pressure, and decreasing heart rate, which lowers the workload on the heart. It also dilates coronary arteries increasing blood flow to the heart.
AwaLodipin 5 Each tablet contains Amlodipine Besilate BP equivalent to Amlodipine 5 mg. Each carton contains 2 blister packs of 14 round (biconvex), white, tablets each with a break line on one side and ‘Awa’ (Awamedica monogram) on the other side.
AwaLodipin 10 Each tablet contains Amlodipine Besilate BP equivalent to Amlodipine 10 mg. Each carton contains 2 blister packs of 14 round (flat), white, tablets each with a break line on one side and ‘Awa’ (Awamedica monogram) on the other side.
